CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS
Feel invited to come, if your child:
- is having educational issues
- is having trouble sleeping; having trouble with toilet training; going to school, or kindergarten
- is being ill a lot; does not want to eat
- is having problems in relationships with its peers
- is socially withdrawn, excessively shy or sad
- is showing symptoms of behavioral disorders (e.g. ADHD)
- is displaying other symptoms, or behaviors, that you think are alarming

How does psychological help for children and adolescents look like
The first meeting (consultation) is with parents. Its purpose is to determine what kind of problems are being experienced, and to propose a method of future work. Next meetings are with a child alone. Sessions take place once a week (with exception of cases where more often meetings would be advised) and last forty five to fifty minutes. During the psychotherapeutic process I maintain constant contact with parents.
